We want you to be happy with your Candy Fabric order. If something isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange as long as the item meets the conditions below.

Return Period

You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

Requests made after the 15-day period may not be accepted.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition.

  • Unworn and unused
  • Clean and undamaged
  • Original tags must still be attached where applicable
  • Returned with the original packaging where applicable
  • No stains, odors, washing, alterations or signs of use

Exchange Requests

If you need a different size or another available item, please contact us to request an exchange.

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability at the time your request is processed.

Wrong or Damaged Item

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives with a product issue, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order details.

We may ask you to provide clear photos of the item so our team can review the issue before arranging the next step.

Return Inspection

All returned items are inspected once received.

If an item does not meet the return conditions, including signs of wear, washing, damage, stains or missing original tags, the return or exchange may be refused.

Refunds

Once an eligible returned item has been received and inspected, the refund process can begin.

The timing and method of the refund may depend on the original payment method and the payment provider used for the order.

Any shipping or return-related costs may depend on the reason for the return or exchange and the delivery area.

Our team will provide you with the required details when your return or exchange request is reviewed.
